Join B2D by making cards, writing letters, and sharing other sentiments with the families afflicted by the tradegy at Sandy Hook Elementary in Connecticut.
You can drop your cards and letters off at our mailbox all weekend, bring them with you to class, or email them to us at info@borne2dance.com. Our B2D Care Package will be sent out Friday, December 21st.
Share this initiative with as many people as you can. Let's get as many letters together as possible and share compassion and love with those who need it the most right now.

Let's hear it for the Holiday Season! Who's ready for snow? We are!
December is such a busy month around B2D, we have a lot of fun and exciting things happening! We just finished our holiday performance at St. Joseph Nursing Home this past Sunday, and are now looking forward to our very special Christmas Recital at Cutting Hall! Check the event page for more details.
What's more? Yesterday, the B2D Spirit Wear clothing line was launched! Come check out our display in the lobby and get some holiday shopping done. We have everything from winter hats to customized track jackets, sweat pants to hoodies and everywhere in between!

Fall is upon us, but despite all of this cool weather we've managed to put together some even cooler events! Our first ever student movie night was a success with 27 movie-goers having enjoyed our showing of "How to Train Your Dragon" at the B2D theatre, as well as a great turnout for B2D's participation in the 2012 Chicago Metro Heart Walk! We've had such a wonderful time this month with you guys, and we can't wait for you to see what's in store for October :)

8.27.12 Fall Session begins today! It's not too late to enroll guys, we accept new and returning students year round. So call us, email us, or stop in to register before classes fill up! Did you know we offer classes in adult Salsa, Hip-Hop, Bachata, Partner Dancing, and more? We have art classes in enameling, drawing, and wire bending, as well as music lessons for kids and adults alike. Be sure to give us a visit, we always love seeing new and familiar faces! Final ammendments for our September volunteer events are being made - so be sure to check back and check out what B2D is doing in your community. Hey B2Ders! We've had a wonderful Summer, kicked off with our annual June recital and finishing with a make-over, Borne2Dance has been very busy!
As we near the Fall Session, we would like to invite you all to submit suggestions for upcoming community and outreach events this year. It looks like we may be kicking off September with a volunteer event with Feed My Starving Children, check back for more information on that as we iron out the details! We are looking to host one volunteer and one studio event each month. Some event suggestions you all have made and some we have made include...
-A lock-in at B2D!
-Volunteering to make Thanksgiving dinners at a local soup kitchen
-Halloween pumpkin carving contest!
-The 2nd Annual B2D Rake & Run!
-Volunteer days at local senior centers
-A "Learn About" day at a local bakery to see how a bakery works and learn how to bake a treat!
...and the list goes on!
